Thiruvananthapuram, July 8 -- Kerala Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan on Wednesday visited the landslide-hit areas of Wayanad, reviewed the ongoing rescue operations, and met the injured, assuring that the State Government would stand firmly with every affected family through rescue, relief, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Describing the tragedy as a collective loss, the Chief Minister said the pain of the victims was shared by the entire State and affirmed that Kerala would remain united in overcoming the disaster.
