Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Bhakta Charan Das on Wednesday strongly condemned the shocking Keonjhar bank skeleton case, saying the incident has once again forced Odisha to bow its head in shame before the nation.
In a statement, Das said the disturbing episode reminded people of the Dana Majhi tragedy during the previous BJD regime, which had drawn international criticism and deeply embarrassed the state.
He recalled how the BJP, then in opposition, had staged massive protests both inside and outside the Assembly over that issue.
