New Delhi, April 13 -- Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to appear in person before the Delhi High Court on Monday for the second time, seeking the recusal of Justice Swarnakanta Sharma from hearing a case related to the alleged excise policy matter.

The hearing on Kejriwal's recusal plea is scheduled for 2:30 PM, where he is expected to present his arguments himself, according to party sources.

Last Monday, Kejriwal had also appeared personally before the High Court during the initial hearing of the applications seeking Justice Sharma's recusal.
