Mahabubnagar, June 5 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday launched a sharp attack on BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), accusing him of neglecting Palamuru district and failing to complete a single irrigation project during his ten-year rule.
Addressing the "Praja Palana - Development Plan" public meeting at Jadcherla in Mahabubnagar district, Revanth Reddy said he had spent the last two days inspecting irrigation projects in the region with the resolve to provide irrigation water to 26 lakh acres in Palamuru district.
The Chief Minister said the people of the region had trusted KCR and elected him twice, but their hardships, migration problems and farmer suicides continued even after the formation of Telangana.
