Hyderabad, July 22 -- Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) President K Kavitha on Wednesday urged the Telangana government to immediately intervene in the issues faced by gig workers, auto-rickshaw drivers, cab drivers and delivery personnel, alleging that aggregator companies were exploiting them through unfair fare structures.
In a video statement released from the party office at Banjara Hills, Kavitha said lakhs of workers associated with companies such as Ola, Uber, Rapido, Swiggy and Zomato were struggling to make ends meet despite working long hours.
