Hyderabad, Sept. 16 -- Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) President Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Wednesday demanded a CBI inquiry into the land holdings of all those named by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy during his speech in the Assembly.
Responding on 'X' to the Chief Minister's remarks on land holdings, Ms Kavitha said she would surrender to the government even a single square yard if she was found to possess land in excess of what she had declared in her election affidavit.
She said a comprehensive CBI inquiry was necessary to establish the facts regarding the land holdings referred to by the Chief Minister, expressing doubts over whether a proper investigation would otherwise be conducted.
