Bengaluru, May 24 -- Grief and unanswered questions marked the death of an 18-year-old NEET aspirant in Karnataka, with her father on Sunday saying the family never realised the "pain or suffering" she may have been silently carrying amid the uncertainty surrounding the medical entrance examination.
"She had done well in NEET and there was no sign of any problem. Maybe the thought of appearing for the examination again was troubling her. We never understood the pain she was going through, and I am not blaming anyone," Rajashekhar said with tears in his eyes.
