Chandigarh, Aug. 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate questioned Punjab-cadre IAS officer Kanwal Preet Brar in Jalandhar on Thursday for the second time in 10 days, widening its examination of how land-use permissions were handled for the Suntec City project in Mohali.
Brar reached the agency's zonal office around 10 am., signed the attendance register and went inside without speaking to reporters. Her second appearance was scheduled after an earlier round of questioning on Aug. 18 that lasted more than eight hours.
