Mumbai, July 22 -- Fresh off the resounding success of Malayalam supernatural fantasy "Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra," Kalyani Priyarshan is stepping into the shoes of an action-packed avatar for her Bollywood debut opposite Ranveer Singh-headed "Pralay".

Moving away from conventional female roles, Priyarshan will reportedly be seen executing a series of elaborate stunts, with the makers envisioning her character as an action-driven force rather than a stereotypical heroine in need of rescue.

The makers were reportedly impressed by her performance as a yakshi in "Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra", paving the way for her casting in the ambitious project.
