Panchkula, Sept. 15 -- A railway underpass at Jyotisar, the historic site near Kurukshetra traditionally revered as the place where Lord Krishna delivered the message of the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna, remains unfinished even after the court dispute that stalled the project has been resolved, Kurukshetra MP Naveen Jindal has told Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
Jindal has sought the minister's intervention for early completion of the Limited Height Subway (LHS) at Level Crossing No. 59, saying the unfinished work was causing considerable inconvenience to residents and had resulted in a "virtual disconnection" between Kaithal Road and Jyotisar.
