Hyderabad, Aug. 12 -- Telugu actor N T Rama Rao Jr underwent successful arthroscopic shoulder surgery at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, the hospital said in a health bulletin on Wednesday.
According to the bulletin, Jr NTR recently sustained a shoulder injury and, following consultation and follow-up with a team of medical specialists, was advised to undergo arthroscopic surgery for a faster and more complete recovery.
The surgery was performed by a team of orthopaedic surgeons led by Dr R. A. Purnachandra Tejaswi, Dr Nithin Bejjanki, Dr Madhusudan Rao and Dr Srinivas Rao Surapaneni.
The hospital said the procedure was completely successful and Jr NTR was doing fine.
