Ranchi, Aug. 14 -- The JPSC-JSSC Reforms Forum on Friday announced a Tiranga Yatra in Ranchi on August 15 and appealed to students and the public to participate in the programme as its indefinite agitation over alleged examination irregularities continued.
Forum representative Ravindra Paswan said the yatra would highlight student unity and convey their demands through democratic means.
The forum clarified that reports circulating on social media about a proposed August 16 gherao of the Chief Minister's residence were rumours and had no basis, saying the Tiranga Yatra on August 15 would be its next officially announced programme.
