Shimla, May 30 -- Asserting that democracy becomes stronger through active public participation, union Minister and former BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda on Saturday cast his vote in the Panchayati Raj elections in his native village and appealed to voters across Himachal Pradesh to participate enthusiastically in the electoral process.

After exercising his franchise, Nadda said voting is the greatest strength of democracy and every eligible citizen must exercise this right.
