Srinagar, April 20 -- Deputy Inspector General of Police, South Kashmir Range, Javaid Iqbal Mattoo today reviewed the crime and security scenario in Pulwama, stressing enhanced counter-terror vigilance and intensified action against drug trafficking.
Chairing a meeting at District Police Lines Pulwama, attended by SSP Pulwama Tanushree and other senior officers, the DIG assessed ongoing investigations, NDPS cases, and the overall security grid, directing officers to strengthen intelligence networks, improve inter-agency coordination, and maintain high alertness to tackle emerging challenges.
