Ranchi, June 8 -- Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) Managing Director Varun Ranjan on Monday held discussions with office-bearers of the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) on measures to promote industrial growth, attract investment and address issues faced by industries in the state.

During the meeting, Ranjan said amendments were being made to the JIADA Regulations, 2016 to create a more industry-friendly environment and facilitate investments.

He said the proposed changes would cover land allotment, possession procedures, project modification norms and building plan approvals.
