Ranchi, April 5 -- The Jharkhand government will organise a state-level robotics festival to promote innovation and technical skills among students, officials said on Sunday.

The initiative, to be conducted by the higher and technical education department, aims to encourage students to develop technology-based solutions for real-world challenges, including mining, agriculture and disaster management.

Education department secretary Umashankar Singh said the festival would provide a platform for students from universities and higher educational institutions across the state to showcase their ideas and technical capabilities.
