Ranchi, April 15 -- : The Jharkhand government on Wednesday signed agreements with Indian Bank to provide salary account packages and banking benefits to state employees and National Health Mission (NHM) staff.
The memoranda of understanding (MoUs) were signed in the presence of Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the state secretariat.
Under the agreements, employees will receive banking services, financial security cover and HRIS-linked facilities, officials said.
Addressing the programme, Soren said banks play an important role in the state's inclusive development and should act as partners in growth.
