Ranchi, June 19 -- The Jharkhand Congress on Friday strongly objected to statements made by some RJD leaders against the party and its Jharkhand in-charge K Raju, describing the allegations as baseless, malicious and contrary to the spirit of the Mahagathbandhan.
State Congress media in-charge Rakesh Sinha said comments made against K Raju were unfortunate and amounted to a personal attack on a senior leader without any evidence.
He said Congress was fully capable of managing its internal affairs and that comments by leaders of other parties on the party's organisational matters were inappropriate.
