Ranchi, June 17 -- The Jharkhand Congress on Wednesday asserted that the ruling Mahagathbandhan was united ahead of the June 18 Rajya Sabha election and accused the BJP of lacking confidence in its own legislators.
Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee media in-charge Rakesh Sinha claimed that legislators of the Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and other alliance partners were firmly behind the coalition's authorised candidate and that the alliance's victory was assured.
