Ranchi, May 27 -- Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday reviewed the progress of rural development schemes in Jharkhand and directed officials to ensure the transparent implementation of welfare programmes at the grassroots level.
Chairing a review meeting at the Jharkhand Ministry, Soren stressed faster implementation of rural housing schemes, including Abua Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin, and Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Awas Yojana. He directed officials to identify all eligible homeless beneficiaries and complete housing targets within the stipulated timeframe.
