Ranchi, Feb. 25 -- The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jharkhand Government Tool Room to strengthen industry skill linkages in the state.
The agreement aims to align technical education with practical industry requirements and reduce the gap between classroom learning and industrial exposure.
Under the MoU, students of the Tool Room will receive structured internships, industrial visits and enhanced placement support.
Chamber members and associated enterprises will gain access to trained technical manpower, consultancy support, research and development assistance and advanced manufacturing facilities.
