Ranchi, July 12 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday alleged that blacklisted companies received about Rs 55 crore under the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society and demanded a high-level probe into the matter.

Addressing a press conference, BJP state spokesperson Ajay Sah claimed that six companies were blacklisted in August 2024 for allegedly submitting fake bank guarantees. However, he alleged that they were removed from the blacklist in October 2024 "in public interest" and payments were released before they were blacklisted again in August 2025.
