Ramgarh, Oct. 10 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy and several political leaders today visited Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's ancestral residence at Nemra in Ramgarh district to pay tribute to his late mother, Roopi Soren.
Reddy offered floral tributes to Roopi Soren's portrait and expressed condolences to the chief minister and his wife, MLA Kalpana Soren. He also conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family.
Former Jharkhand chief minister Raghubar Das, former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel, Bihar's Purnia MP Pappu Yadav, Giridih MP Chandra Prakash Chaudhary and Khunti MP Kali Charan Munda were among those who visited the residence.
