Ranchi, July 17 -- Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi on Friday wrote to Chief Minister Hemant Soren, demanding a judicial probe, registration of an FIR and a special audit into alleged financial irregularities in the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS).
In the letter, Marandi alleged that companies blacklisted for submitting fake bank guarantees were subsequently removed from the blacklist and paid around Rs 55 crore before being blacklisted again.
He claimed the transactions indicated serious financial irregularities and sought criminal action against those responsible.
