Deoghar, July 11 -- Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Saurabh Kumar Bhuwania on Saturday directed all departments to complete preparations for the State Shravani Mela by July 25, saying there would be no compromise on the safety and convenience of pilgrims.
Reviewing the arrangements, Bhuwania instructed officials to complete all ongoing works on schedule while maintaining quality. He directed departments to make special arrangements for the monsoon, including proper drainage, uninterrupted power supply, parking facilities and waterproof infrastructure.
