Ranchi, Aug. 5 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday called on Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar and briefed him on the alleged irregularities in the recruitment processes of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), as well as the ongoing student agitation in Ranchi.
According to an official release, the Governor stressed the need to ensure transparency, fairness and public confidence in recruitment examinations, describing the alleged irregularities as a serious matter.
