JDU prepares to expand its organisation ahead of UP elections, to hold major conference in Kashi on Oct 25

Varanasi, Sept. 28 -- Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the Janata Dal United (JDU) is orchestrating a major workers' conference in Kashi on October 25 to expand its organisation.

Officials and senior leaders from across the state will participate in this event.

Nishant Kumar, Health Minister in the Bihar government and son of Nitish Kumar, is currently in Varanasi on a two-day visit. On Sunday evening, he held a meeting with party officials at the Circuit House.

After the meeting, he announced that the party is planning a workers' conference in Korauta Bazaar on October 25. Officials and senior leaders from across the state will discuss strengthening the organisation at the conference.
