Patna, July 21 -- Janata Dal (United) state president Umesh Singh Kushwaha on Tuesday alleged that Bihar had never had a Leader of the Opposition as "irresponsible" as RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav.

Kushwaha said here that Tejaswi's indifference towards constitutional offices and democratic values had remained under scrutiny for a long time. He alleged that despite the crucial role of the Leader of the Opposition in a democratic system, Tejaswi had repeatedly undermined the dignity of the office.
