Bengaluru, July 17 -- Karnataka's long-delayed Cabinet expansion appeared to gather momentum on Friday, with Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi saying the first round of consultations had been held and another meeting would take place before the Congress leadership finalises the list of new ministers.
Jarkiholi said he had conveyed his views to the party leadership and that the decision on inducting new ministers would be taken by the Congress high command after further consultations.
"The preliminary discussions have been held. Another round of talks will take place before the list is finalised," he told reporters.
