Mexico City, June 4 -- Brazilian manager Andre Jardine has parted ways with Club America after three years in charge, the Mexican top flight club said.

The announcement followed the club's quarterfinal defeat to Pumas UNAM in the Liga MX Clausura tournament last month.

"Andre Jardine concludes his successful spell with Club America. You became the most successful head coach in the club's history and your legacy will remain permanently etched in our history," the club said in a statement.
