Srinagar, March 27 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday attached immovable properties of three proclaimed offenders in Sopore sub-district as part of sustained action against the terror ecosystem.
According to a police statement, the attachment was carried out by Sopore Police in connection with FIR No. 02/2008 under Sections 2/3 of the E&IMCO Act registered at Police Station Panzalla.
Police said the attachment proceedings were conducted at Nadihal in collaboration with the Revenue Department against three accused persons who had been evading arrest for several years and were declared proclaimed offenders by the court under Section 87 CrPC.
