Jammu, July 29 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police have attached the immovable properties of four Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) settled terrorists in Ramban district.
As per an official communique, Jammu and Kashmir Police today attached the immovable properties of four Pakistan and PoK-settled terrorists under the provisions of Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in Ramban district.
The properties attached are of Abdul Rashid alias Bashir of Banihal (11 Marlas land, (inherited) having an approximate value of Rs 9.25 lakh, Ghulam Rasool alias Badshah of Kundan Khari (10 Kanals of land having an approximate value of Rs 60 lakh), Abdul Latief Naik alias Sajjad of Koot Khari, Banihal (Three Kanals (inherited)...
