Srinagar, June 23 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said Jammu and Kashmir has emerged as a model of citizen-centric governance, with online public services increasing from 35 in 2020 to over 1,100 by 2023 and Panchayati Raj institutions playing a central role in taking governance and development to the grassroots level.
