Jammu, July 5 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), in a move aimed at strengthening transparency and asset management, has sought a district-wise inventory of sports equipment purchased over the past few years.
Sources privy to the development said that to compile district-wise details of sports equipment purchased over the years, its utilization, and its present status in the form of an inventory has been sought from all the districts by the Directorate of the Jammu and Kashmir Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) to facilitate better monitoring of sports assets.
