Jammu, April 7 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today termed as a positive step, the busting of an interstate module of the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and the arrest of five individuals, including two suspected Pakistanis. However, the CM raised concerns over continuous terrorist infiltration into the region.
"It is good that the terror module was busted, but alongside that, the question arises that where did they come from and why did they come?" the Chief Minister said while talking to reporters here at the sidelines of a sports event.
"Repeated claims that terrorism has ended do not align with ground realities, as modules continue to surface," he added.
