Jammu, July 24 -- The Jammu-Srinagar national highway on Friday remained closed for the third consecutive day after a fresh landslide was triggered due to incessant rain across Jammu and Kashmir.
Officials said that fresh landslide and shooting stones near Samroli in Udhampur district and other multiple locations at Ramban closed the 275-km Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
They said that the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) is closed for vehicular movement due to intermittent landslides and shooting stones at multiple locations caused by continuous rainfall.
