Jammu, Sept. 11 -- Around 3500 devotees paid obeisance during Kailash Kund yatra concluded amidst tight security arrangements in Udhampur-Reasi range.

The annual Kailash Kund Yatra 2026, which commenced on September 8, 2026 from Vasuki Nag Temple, Dudu, concluded on September 10, with around 3,500 devotees and pilgrims from Udhampur, Reasi, Kathua, Samba, Doda and other parts of Jammu Province participated in the pilgrimage.

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Udhampur-Reasi Range, Shiv Kumar Sharma, visited Kailash Kund and reviewed the security arrangements.

He interacted with the yatris, officers and jawans deployed on the route and assessed their preparedness and deployment.
