Kolkata, July 15 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government has already resolved nearly 80 per cent of the complaints received through its "Janata R Darbar" initiative, which lets people meet the Chief Minister directly and present their grievances.

Chief Minister Adhikari said his administration believes in delivering results rather than making promises, adding that Action Taken Reports (ATRs) on grievances received during previous public hearings had already been prepared.
