Jammu, March 18 -- In a major breakthrough, Jammu Police has successfully solved a blind murder case by apprehending two accused within 24 hours.

Notably, a throat slit body of a man was found near Chatha Farm on March 16 following which investigation was initiated.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jammu, Joginder Singh addressing a press conference here said that on March 16, Police Station Satwari received information regarding a male dead body found on a bridge on the road from Chatha to Miran Sahib.

The deceased, a Sikh male aged approximately 46-47 years, had sustained a fatal injury on the neck caused by a sharp-edged weapon.
