Jammu, April 15 -- Jammu Police, in a breakthrough, have cracked the long-time narcotics nexus with Pakistan links with the arrest of the kingpin of the drug mafia.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu, Joginder Singh, here in a press conference thanked the efforts of the Special Investigative Team (SIT) headed by SP Hqrs. Anna Sinha, comprising Miran Sahib and Bishnah police, who worked to uncover the long-standing nexus on the arrest of wanted criminal Lau Gujjar and associates.

SSP Singh said that he (Gulzar Ahmed alias Lau Gujjar, a kingpin Gangster and Drug Lord) was wanted in 27 FIRs in Jammu alone and around 100 FIRs across the country under various aliases.
