Jammu, June 10 -- Started from the holy town of Katra in Reasi district, Jammu-based cartoonist Shekhar Sharma, popularly known as 'Buntytoonist', is using his unique initiative, 'Cartoon on Wheels', to motivate youth in the fight against drug abuse and support the Jammu and Kashmir administration's ongoing 100-Day Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, launched on April 11 under the leadership of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
Speaking to UNI, Shekhar said, "As a responsible citizen, it is my duty to contribute to the government's efforts against drug abuse and support the Nasha Mukt Abhiyan.""Being an artist, I chose cartoons as a medium to spread awareness and motivate young people to fight this social menace," he added.
