Jammu, May 20 -- In a major breakthrough, Jammu and Kashmir Police today seized a haul of three kg of heroin "drone dropped" from the Pakistan side close to an international border here in the border village Bishnah.
A police spokesman in a statement said that in a breakthrough against cross-border narcotics smuggling, the Jammu Headquarters Zone Police in Bishnah this morning successfully recovered a massive consignment of heroin, which was dropped via a drone along the border area.
"Drone dropped at Indo-Pak border, consignment of heroin was 3 kgs," he said.
He added that FSL proceedings were completed, and an investigation was underway to uncover the entire Narco-Terror Nexus.
