Los Angeles, April 17 -- Warner Bros. has unveiled fresh casting details for "The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum", with Jamie Dornan set to portray Strider, the alias of Aragorn, bringing a new interpretation to a role immortalised by Viggo Mortensen in the original trilogy.

Andy Serkis, who is directing, will reprise his role of Gollum, with Elijah Wood and Ian McKellen returning as Frodo and Gandalf. Lee Pace is also back as Thranduil. Earlier, it was reported that Kate Winslet will be joining the film in the role of Marigol, reports DEADLINE.
