New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has accused the Narendra Modi government of deliberately curtailing the role of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in its drive to expand private participation in the country's space economy, alleging that capabilities painstakingly developed by the space agency over several decades could be handed over to private companies whose long-term commitment remains uncertain.
