Hyderabad, Sept. 13 -- Jain philosophy, with its emphasis on ahimsa, aparigraha and anekantavada embodies timeless wisdom that remains profoundly relevant to the contemporary world and can guide humanity towards peace, harmony and sustainable progress, Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said on Sunday.
Addressing a Jain religious discourse organised by the Sri Kalyankari Tapagacch Varshavas Samiti at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally here, the Governor said the eternal principles of Jain philosophy could serve as a moral and spiritual compass in contemporary society.
