Kadapa, July 8 -- YSR Congress Party President and former Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy paid rich floral tributes to former Chief Minister and his father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy on his 77th birth anniversary at the YSR Ghat at Idupulapaya village.
