New Delhi, May 18 -- Royal Challengers Bengaluru all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer has credited the calm atmosphere and clarity created inside the team dressing room for helping players perform under pressure this IPL season, following the team's playoff-clinching win over Punjab Kings in Dharamshala on Sunday.
