Malappuram, May 14 -- The Indian union Muslim League (IUML) on Wednesday said it is awaiting the Congress high command's final decision on Kerala's next Chief Minister, even as growing uncertainty over government formation has begun causing unease within sections of the United Democratic Front (UDF).

Talking to newspersons after a crucial IUML leadership meeting at Panakkad, senior leader P. K. Kunhalikutty said the party would take further steps only after the Congress leadership finalises the Chief Ministerial candidate following ongoing consultations in New Delhi.
