New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- ITC Sangeet Research Academy (ITC SRA) has unveiled the third edition of its musical series 'Desh Ek Raag' to commemorate 150 years of Vande Mataram and mark India's 80th Independence Day.
Titled 'Desh Ek Raag 3', the musical video is anchored in Raag 'Desh' and features Gurus, Scholars and musician tutors of ITC SRA, along with nearly 70 participants from different generations.
The rendition includes noted artistes including Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar, Pandit Partha Chatterjee and Vidushi Subhra Guha.
The initiative, conceived as a tribute to India's cultural heritage, also highlights the Academy's Guru-Shishya Parampara and its efforts to preserve and promote Hindustani classical music. The th...
