Dhanbad, March 6 -- : The Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad is conducting a capacity building training programme on information technology and computer skills for tribal students studying in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in Jharkhand.

The programme is being organised by the Department of Management Studies and Industrial Engineering under the Centre of Excellence initiative supported by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.

The training programme is being held from March 5 to March 7 and includes a mid-semester examination and hands-on practical sessions for students of Classes X, XI and XII.
